Do I need to be a developer to use upGive?

Absolutely not. upGive was built to be used by everybody!
To install, you need to copy and paste a few lines of code. Setting up and managing your referral campaign is done through a step-by-step wizard.

Donations

Is there a fee to transfer funds to charities?

Yes, we believe charities should receive 100% of your donation. Therefore, there is a standard transaction fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 per donation, which includes credit card processing and the secure transfer of funds.

How do we pay individual charities chosen by our stakeholders?

You are required to make a payment from your account each month. Our platform will split and send the correct amount to each charity chosen by your stakeholders for the referrals they have made.
